In order to assist with pre-award and post-award functions, the Grants Office has set up a series of processes that will aid the Principal Investigator (PI) in various tasks necessary in submitting a proposal and administering an award.

Strict adherence to these processes is mandatory for any faculty or staff desiring pursuit of external funding. Failure to follow these processes may result in the University declining any awards offered from outside funding agencies.
