Locating Articles
To find articles in magazines, journals and newspapers, begin your search in one of the article databases. They not only provide citations to articles but often provide the complete article for you to view, e-mail and print out.
Start Your Search in a General Database
To begin your search for articles, try Academic Search Premier, or ProQuest Research Library Complete. These databases include articles from both popular magazines and scholarly journals and cover a broad range of topics. (If you are off campus, see Off Campus Database Access).
Subject Specific Databases
If you are looking for scholarly articles or other information focusing on a particular subject area, go to Databases by Subject. Find the subject area of interest and review the list of databases and their descriptions. Click on a particular title link.
