Who Are We?
Campus Compact is coordinated by students, faculty, staff and community
agencies who seek to nurture service activities of many types with a
belief that learning through service will benefit the individual as well
as the community in lasting ways. The University of Findlay is a member
of the Ohio Campus Compact and the National Campus Compact,
an organization of almost 1,200 colleges and universities which
promotes volunteer service that develops students' citizenship skills
and values, encourages collaborative partnerships between campuses and
communities, and assists faculty who seek to integrate public and
community engagement into their teaching and research.
To integrate service into the life of the university to benefit the larger community.
To strengthen and transform our community through service
