Application Deadlines​​​​

​The College of Pharmacy is a direct admit, 0+6 program selecting a class of 72 incoming freshmen for each fall, the admission processes are slightly different for high school students and transfer students.

Please note, there are two separate applications that must be completed.

 

High School Seniors

Acceptance to The University of Findlay does not guarantee admission to the College of Pharmacy. In order to be guaranteed consideration for the College of Pharmacy, you must be accepted to The University of Findlay prior to January 20.

A College of Pharmacy application will be forwarded to all students that meet our minimum requirements. This application is only sent to applicants who have been accepted to The University of Findlay and who meet the minimum qualifications for the pharmacy program. You will need to complete this application and return it with the application fee.

Upon completeion of the College of Pharmacy application the intervew dates are January 17 and 31. On your interview day, you will be asked to write a short essay and will interview one-on-one with a College of Pharmacy faculty member or administrator. Writing materials for the essay will be furnished. The only item you will need to bring is a government-issued photo I.D., such as a driver’s license or passport.

 

Transfer Students

Acceptance to The University of Findlay does not guarantee admission to the College of Pharmacy. A College of Pharmacy application will be forwarded to all students that meet our minimum requirements.
 

Option #1

Complete the College of Pharmacy application and return it with the application fee.
 

Option #2

The PharmCAS application must be received prior to October 21 if you wish to be considered for a spring semester opening or prior to May 19 for a fall semester opening (preferably before March 1).

The College of Pharmacy does not require you to transfer in any specific course work. All transfer students are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Upon completeion of either application the intervew dates are March 28 and April 25. On your interview day, you will be asked to write a short essay and will interview one-on-one with a College of Pharmacy faculty member or administrator. Writing materials for the essay will be furnished. The only item you will need to bring is a government-issued photo I.D., such as a driver’s license or passport.

 

International Students

Acceptance to The University of Findlay does not guarantee admission to the College of Pharmacy. In order to be guaranteed consideration for the College of Pharmacy, you must work with the International Admissions Office to gain acceptance to The University of Findlay prior to June 30. Submit all necessary paperwork prior to June 30.

A College of Pharmacy application will be forwarded to all students that meet our minimum requirements. This application is only sent to applicants who have been accepted to The University of Findlay and who meet the minimum qualifications for the pharmacy program. You will need to complete this application and return it with the application fee.

Upon completeion of the College of Pharmacy application the intervew dates will be scheduled accordingly.  On your interview day, you will be asked to write a short essay and will interview one-on-one with a College of Pharmacy faculty member or administrator. Writing materials for the essay will be furnished. The only item you will need to bring is a government-issued photo I.D., such as a driver’s license or passport.
