work and internship opportunities

There are numerous work opportunities for graduate students in the environmental, safety and health management program.

Opportunities exist with private firms, public corporations, and government sector offices. Whether it's working in the disaster-stricken Gulf Coast performing cleanup operations from the hurricanes or performing safety audits of the workforce on a petrochemical plant turnaround in the upper Midwestern United States, UF students obtain great experience as well as a good salary during summer or school year work experience programs.
