Empowering young women through professional leadership skills

The Inspiring Confident Leadership in Young Women Retreat is a three-day virtual camp for incoming high school junior and senior girls who are interested in business hosted by the University of Findlay's College of Business. The goal of this retreat is to educate and empower young women to explore their leadership styles while building confidence in their professional leadership skills.

- Attendance is limited to only 50 students.
- Virtual information sessions and workshops to develop professional business skills.
- Partake in a mock interview, which will provide valuable experience and confidence for future opportunities.
- Learn from and interact virtually with college professors, college students, and industry professionals whose goal is to empower women within the workplace.

The deadline to sign up is Friday, May 28, 2021. Students will be informed of the acceptance decision by June 1, 2021.

Teachers/administrators can refer students they feel would be a good fit for the virtual retreat by filling out the form below. Once the form is submitted, the student you referred will be contacted and asked to complete the application.
