Student Accident and Health Insurance:
All traditional fulltime undergraduate students attending The University of Findlay and carrying 12 or more credit hours per semester;
nine credit hours or more for summer session are eligible and will be automatically enrolled in the Student Health and Accident Insurance Plan.
Undergraduate students who do not desire this coverage must waive coverage as a result of completing the Health Insurance Waiver by September 1 for the fall semester or through February 1 for first-time students in the spring semester. The Health Insurance Waiver is located online in MyFindlay.
Students who waive the coverage are not eligible to enroll in the plan until the start of the next plan year.

Refunds for credit balances are processed every Friday after the 1st week of a term. All refunds are issued through the OilerOne Card. Students must activate their OilerOne Card and choose their refund preferences online at OilerOneCard.com. Any charges posted to the student account after a refund is processed may result in a balance due, which must be paid when billed.

Students who have a credit balance that they want to remain on their student account after the start of the semester must submit the Credit Balance Authorization Form. This form will allow the existing credit balance to be used for future charges and prevent automatic refunds of Federal Financial Aid (Title IV). If this form is not submitted, the credit balance will be refunded according to the Student Account Refund policy.
