Habitat for Humanity

Findlay's Habitat for Humanity was started in 2002. Our current membership includes over 50 students! We sponsored the first Habitat for Humanity house in 2015, and raised the entire $75,000 needed to complete the project. We have a great relationship with our local affiliate, Habitat for Humanity of Findlay/Hancock County. Findlay has built on 25 of the local Habitat homes.

Findlay have given over $14,000 to Habitat for Humanity International as part of the international Tithe Program. This money has helped build houses in Malawi, Nepal, Madagascar, Haiti, Africa and the Middle East, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, the Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, and Tajikistan. We also take Global Village programs where we build in other countries. We've built in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Trinidad and Tobago...so far.
