University of Findlay faculty and staff are invited to a special "Paint & Partake" event with all proceeds benefiting the 2021 UF Helping Hands Food Drive!

Cost: $10 and at least 5lbs of canned goods* for Helping Hands

All proceeds will directly benefit Helping Hands Food Drive.

Attendees will be able to participate in the guided painting and take their painting home with them at the end of the event. Attendees will also receive two glasses of wine and light snacks to "partake" during the event. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available.**

Everyone who attends will also receive a raffle ticket to be entered to win a basket of amazing items at the end of the event!
 
*5lbs of canned goods should be from Helping Hands top five most needed items:
  • peanut butter,
  • cereal,
  • canned fruit,
  • canned soup,
  • or juice.
For every additional 5lbs of canned goods you bring, you'll receive an additional raffle ticket toward the raffle prize!

About the artist, Megan Hall '10:
Megan is a 2010 Graduate of the University of Findlay with a double bachelors in AYA visual arts education and studio art and also obtained an art history minor. She has lived in Findlay the last 15 years and has been an employee of Awakening Minds Art (AMA) for 11 years. She spent six of those years as Program director and all 11 as an instructor, specializing in working with children and adults with special needs both 1:1 and group instruction. She currently works as a middle school teacher at Ms. Donna’s Adaptive learning center and as an instructor at AMA.
