The Cottages offer three styles of housing:
- Studio, accommodating one student;
- One-bedroom, housing one student; and
- Two-bedroom, housing two students.
The UF Cottages are co-ed by cottage and generally occupied by upper-class students. Each cottage includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen and one full bathroom. The studio style shares a living room/bedroom within a single space.
A Resident Assistant is assigned to each cottage, but may not necessarily live in the cottage, along with a Resident Director that
oversees the Cottages. Staff members are available to assist students in
the Residence Life Staff Office in the UF Village from 8 p.m. to midnight every day of the academic calendar.
