Students earning an animal science degree from UF benefit from a wide variety of career options.

If you're interested in our pre-veterinary medicine emphasis then you'll be excited to know that the need for veterinarians will increase by 9 percent (faster than average) from 2014 to 2024, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.  Those with specializations and prior work experience should have the best job opportunities.
