Workday has been selected as the University of Findlay's new ERP partner! This decision came after a year-long exploration and analysis of leading higher education ERP providers.
Many members of our campus community were involved in this review process, including a committee of approximately 45 individuals representing students, faculty and staff. Additionally, our Board of Trustees participated in this process, providing a vote of support for the selection of Workday at its June 22, 2017 meeting.
I would like to emphasize the significance of this endeavor. This move to Workday will require our unwavering support and commitment. This is an all-university project, not simply a technology change involving our ITS staff. At the heart of this change is how we do business as an organization. Most importantly, it will improve our students' experiences as they communicate and interact with many areas of our university.
I am confident that Workday will provide the University of Findlay with the tools, processes and partnership required for us to remain a forward-thinking, successful organization. Thank you to everyone who worked hard this past year to get us to this decision-point!
