  • ​Residence Halls: Eight traditional residence halls are available for all undergraduate students, and typically house freshmen and sophomore students. You can browse our options here. ​

  • UF Houses: UF Houses are available for returning students​ who want the on-campus experience but prefer personal kitchens and more independent living. Learn more about our on-campus houses here. ​​
  • UF Apartments: Our UF Apartments are a popular choice for returning upperclassmen or graduate students​​ who are eligible based on amount of earned credit hours. On-Campus Housing Ti​meline 

  • New student applications typically open in February each academic year. All housing applications can be accessed through ​​our housing portal.
  • All returning students self-select their rooms every academi​c year. New students can select their room throughout the summer.
  • Students move into on-campus housing at the beginning of August!
