    Dr. Martelli is Associate Professor of Business at The University of Findlay where he teaches classes in both the undergraduate and graduate business degree programs.

    Prior to Findlay, Martelli was a research scientist at the University of Michigan's Industrial Technology Institute in Ann Arbor. There he worked with corporations throughout the US in the design, implementation and evaluation of organizational systems aimed at giving American corporations, especially those in the automotive industry, competitive advantage in a global environment. Martelli was also a Corporate Human Resource Manager for Kellogg's in Battle Creek, MI. He worked on the design and implementation of HR and organizational systems in existing and new food processing and manufacturing facilities throughout Kellogg's worldwide organization. Martelli also has operations level HR experience as a Human Resource Manager at Kimberly-Clark's Pulp and Paper Mill in Memphis, Tennessee. Consulting clients have included Ford Motor Company, General Motors, General Electric, Motorola, Chrysler Corporation, as well as numerous small- and mid-sized corporations.

    He has published articles in numerous professional and business journals, and has spoken at many international, national, state and local professional organizations and conferences. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of the North American Management Society (JNAMS) and serves as an editor for other professional journals as well. Martelli has a Doctorate in Human Resource Management and Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa.
