Derrick Dollars
Hungry for something beyond campus? Derrick Dollars are accepted at a growing number of local restaurants and shops throughout the Findlay community — giving you the freedom to explore new flavors without leaving your meal plan behind. Load up your account and discover what the city has to offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
The dining week starts at 12:00 a.m. Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. Sunday. Weekly dining plan meals do not roll over to the following week.
Pal Passes can be used by Resident Dining Plan customers for guests to dine in Henderson Dining Hall. Pal Passes come with each Resident Dining Plan. Any remaining balance at the end of the semester does not roll over.
Derrick Dollars can be used in place of cash at any participating dining location. Derrick Dollars included in the meal plan expire at the end of the semester. Additional Derrick Dollars can be purchased at any time. Additional Derrick Dollars and Derrick Dollars included in the Orange and Black Plan will roll over with a valid UF ID or until the balance is $0.
Visit eaccounts.findlay.edu to check meal plan status as well as your Derrick Dollar balance.
Plans can be changed in the Housing Portal by the end of the first Thursday each semester. After that time, plans can only be changed for the following semester.
Download the Bite app. Go to the app store and search “Bite by Sodexo.” The Bite app not only gives you the menu items for the day but also nutritional information as well. Connect your campus card to use Derrick Dollars and meal swipes or use Bite Pay to order food from on-campus locations and pick it up when it’s convenient for you! Plus, view daily menus at Henderson Dining Hall.
Sign-up is easy! There are no deadlines to sign up. Call (419)-434-4542 or stop by the Dining Services Office located in Henderson Dining Hall.
The Universal meals may be used in Henderson Dining Hall, an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant, and Henderson Dining Hall’s Simply to Go.
Use your plan all year long, anytime, at any participating restaurant. Universal meals and Derrick Dollars roll over from semester to semester, year to year, as long as you have an active University of Findlay I.D or until the balance is zero.
