Developing Leaders of Character, Compassion, and Courage
The Watterson Scholars program is a four-year, transdisciplinary undergraduate initiative housed within the University of Findlay’s Watterson Center for Ethical Leadership. Designed to prepare students for purposeful lives of service and leadership, the program emphasizes vocational exploration, ethical leadership, civic engagement, and character development.
Through close collaboration with community partners, Watterson Scholars gain the tools, experiences, and perspectives to address complex challenges while building meaningful connections within Findlay and beyond.
