The University of Findlay is committed to creating a safe environment for everyone. The Office for Civil Rights’ goal is to support a campus culture that celebrates healthy relationships and mutual respect. We commit to respond to incidents, support individuals through University processes and educate our campus community. Part of that commitment is to ensure that our Civil Rights team members are highly trained in best practices to address sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual violence and other forms of sexual misconduct. In accordance with the Title IX Regulations released by the U.S. Department of Education on May 6, 2020, materials for the trainings completed by our team are available below.
