Mission
University of Findlay's Organismal and Integrative Laboratory for Evolutionary Research is a high energy, high output research lab at the University of Findlay. Through rigorous training and involvement of undergraduate students we aim to train the world's next leading scientists via hands-on experiential learning. Our vision is to develop a sustainable model that provides numerous students the opportunity to be involved in state of the art research and a member of a team that sees results through presentations at national conferences and publications in peer-reviewed journals.
