    Our greatest asset for our profession is our students. We need to nurture and train them to be our profession's future as we dreamed of it.

    Dr. Dauterman joined The University of Findlay College of Pharmacy after eighteen years of pharmacy practice in a variety of different settings including: hospital pharmacy, pharmacy benefits company, geriatric consulting, and community practice. Her areas of interest are: diabetes, lipid management, public health and pharmacy economics and health care literacy. Areas of research include: experiential education, patient outcomes, appropriate medication use and diabetes.

    Dr. Dauterman she practices at Lima Memorial Diabetes Center as a certified diabetes educator. She also consults for Wood County Job and Family Services where she completes medication reviews for county youth.
