  • ​Dr. Schilling (formerly Williams) teaches courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in the College of Education in Research (EDUC 790: Dissemination of Research), Educational Technology (EDAD 586: Technology and Assessment for Administrators, EDFI 560: Technology Integration, and EDUC 310: Technology Integration: Instructional Strategies), and Educational Psychology (EDFI 504: Human Development). She also serves as a Liaison for Research, Technology, and Innovation for the Center for Teaching Excellence and the Quality Matters Coordinator and Course Review Manager for the Office of Academic Affairs. Dr. Schilling formerly worked for The Ohio Department of Education, The Ohio State University, Wright State University, Muskingum University, and the Columbus Public School district before coming to the University of Findlay.​

  • Professor Schilling is an active member, presenter, proposal reviewer, and chair for the American Educational Research Association (AERA). She formerly served as the Program Chair for the Research on Superintendency Special Interest Group (SIG).  Dr. Schilling is also an active member, presenter, proposal reviewer, and chair for the Mid-Western Educational Research Association (MWERA). She is a past President of the Mid-Western Educational Research Association. In addition, she is actively involved with the Eastern Educational Research Association (EERA), Association of Teacher Educators (ATE), American Association of Colleges of Teacher Education (AACTE), Ohio Confederation of Teacher Education Organizations (OCTEO), and the Carnegie Project for the Education Doctorate (CPED).

    Professor Schilling serves as a Quality Matters Peer Reviewer and Master Reviewer with more than 30 course reviews throughout the United States. She is also a Quality Matters Coordinator, Course Review Manager, Teaching Online Certificate Workshop Facilitator, Face-to-Face Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR) Facilitator, Online Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR) Facilitator, and a Face-to-Face Improving Your Online Course (IYOC) Facilitator.
