Professor Rheubert was born and raised about two hours south of Findlay in South Vienna, Ohio. He received his Bachelors degree at Wittenberg University where he found a love for anatomy and physiology, comparative anatomy, histology, and herpetology. While pursuing his graduate degree in biology he worked with a variety of amphibians and reptiles and has traveled the world (including an extended trip to New Zealand) to study these fascinating creatures. His love for these topics has continued and he teaches human anatomy and physiology here at The University of Findlay and plans to offer courses in comparative anatomy, animal physiology, herpetology, and histology in the future.
