    Dr. Lewis received her PharmD degree from the University of Toledo. She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at The University of Toledo Medical Center and Critical Care Nephrology research fellowship at the University of Michigan. She currently practices at Mercy System St. Anne Hospital in Toledo as a clinical pharmacist focusing on Antibiotic Stewardship Program. Her research interests include pharmacokinetics, antibiotics, and drug dosing in patients with renal disease.
