The mission of The Well is to provide a uniquely transformative faith experience through which high school students are equipped to explore the importance of identity and calling in their lives.
Vision
The Well will produce students capable of identifying, and living confidently in, the intersections of faith and vocation, shaped by the community of faith and steeped in the collective wisdom of the church.
Goals
The Well offers opportunities for students to explore the intersections of faith, identity, and vocation by:
- Examining Scripture, church history, and the arts
- Engaging with transformative worship experiences
- Exposure to a broader understanding of Christian values and diverse ecclesial traditions
- Sharing in local service opportunities
- Fostering vital community between students
