The Marketing and Communications​ Office provides official campus photographers for the University. 

You can request to have photos taken at an upcoming event by contacting the Office of Marketing and Communications at [email protected].

Please contact us at least two weeks prior to your event or photo session and we will do our best to see that one of our photographers is available.

Priority is given to requests for photography-related to recruitment, media, and public relations, fundraising, and University-wide information.    

To help maintain a priority schedule, we do not cover personal or departmental gatherings, parties, or other internal social events unless specifically requested by the Office of the President.
