The University of Findlay’s Office of Leadership Development is dedicated to empowering students to grow academically, socially, and personally throughout their college experience.
Through intentional programming and meaningful connections, we help students develop the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed both on campus and beyond.
Our office hosts a variety of leadership-focused programs, including:
T.O.O.L. Sessions
Student Leadership Retreats
Peer Mentor Programs, and
Student Leadership Committee opportunities.
Each initiative is designed to foster leadership development, encourage engagement, and create a strong sense of belonging within the University community. Other events we host throughout the academic year include our Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration and Black History Month.
