Welcome to Excel@Teaching 2019 sponsored by the University of Findlay’s Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE). This year’s theme, “Beyond the Talking Head,” puts the spotlight on teaching strategies that engage and challenge students to practice their skills, think critically, and apply what they are learning.
While all conference events are free, we do ask that you register. This gives us an accurate count for lunch, supplies, and allows you to pick-up a ready-made name badge and registration packet the day of the event (Wednesday, August 14).
The CTE Excel@Teaching 2019 Conference will be held in the College of Business/Student Life (CBSL) Building, from 11 AM - 4:00 PM.

Registrations will include a lunch ticket for a one-time use at your choice of eatery in the Refinery on Aug. 14. Please register by 5:00 PM on the Friday, August 9 to ensure we have materials and a lunch ticket for you!
