Explore all that University of Findlay has to offer in academics, extracurricular activities, and volunteer opportunities. Findlay is recognized as one of the largest private colleges in Northwest Ohio. Its academic programs incorporate experiential learning with forward-thinking teaching methods to meet the needs of current students who are preparing for tomorrow's careers. The University has nearly 60 programs of study leading to baccalaureate degrees; offers 11 master's degrees; and offers four doctorates in pharmacy, education, occupational therapy and physical therapy.

Opportunities also abound for learning leadership and interpersonal skills outside of the classroom thanks to nearly 100 student organizations that represent special interest clubs, academic honorary organizations, spiritual groups, performing arts clubs, student media and much more.

Club sports and 20 intramural sports keep the competitive spirit alive, and the fine arts flourish on campus with a variety of productions, exhibits and concerts which simultaneously serve as a source of cultural enrichment for the community.

Approximately 4,200 undergraduate and graduate students, excluding high school students taking University classes through Ohio's College Credit Plus program, are enrolled. Over 300 full-time and part-time faculty teach regular and online classes, enabling a student-to-faculty ratio of 16:1.

Apply for VA Benefits

New students must apply by completing Form 22-1990 (Application for VA Education Benefits) online using the VA.gov​ website.
Transfer students must fill out a Request for Change of Program or Place of Training VA Form-1995. To complete Findlay's application process, you'll need a certificate of eligibility, generated by applying for VA education​ benefits, which ​​details the amount you are eligible to receive and how long you will receive it.

Complete the FAFSA

While applying for enrollment at Findlay and VA educational benefits, also fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid . This may allow you to maximize your VA benefit and will help with any costs the VA won't cover. Video instructions on how to fill out the FAFSA are on the Financial Aid ​Office's website .
