Admission Information

The University of Findlay offers a Bachelor of Science degree, an Associate of Arts degree, and a Certificate of Completion in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMT). In addition to UF acceptance for a specified major track, acceptance into the professional program at the Nuclear Medicine Institute (NMI) is necessary. Students may apply to either a Spring or Fall NMI Cohort.

All prospective applicants are required to read the NMI Student Brochure, which contains very important information about the Nuclear Medicine Institute and the professional Nuclear Medicine Technology program. By the appropriate deadline, applicants must also complete the NMI New Applicant Questionnaire, three reference forms, and submit all post-secondary and high school transcripts.  References should be professional connections, not personal or family references.  This could include references from academia, co-workers, employers, extra-curricular activities, religious services, or volunteer opportunities. The NMI Student Brochure, NMI New Applicant Questionnaire, and Reference Form can be found below.

Current UF Students

In their junior year of study, University of Findlay students currently enrolled in the Nuclear Medicine Technology Programs major will be considered for admission to the upcoming cohorts upon submission of:

  3. A written plan outlining how remaining prerequisites will be completed
  4. Written indication of which cohort (FA or SP) and year is being applied to
  5. All post-secondary transcripts (except UF transcripts), if applicable
Please send items 1, 2, 3, & 4 via email to [email protected]. All updated transcripts should be sent directly to the University of Findlay Registrar, not NMI.
