At the University of Findlay, we believe that education about topics related to Title IX can empower our community to change the campus culture. The Oilers Changing Campus Culture (OC3) programming staff & students carry out a robust schedule of programs and events that are grounded in theory, data from our bi-annual campus climate survey, and the resources available across campus. We encourage the campus community to participate in the programming offered.
