​​UF Townhouses​​

​Another popular student housing option on campus, the University Townhouses.

  • Home to more than 76 residents, housing four students in each townhouse.
  • Each townhouse is single sex. Both male and female students can choose to live in the townhouses.
  • There are four single bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as fully furnished family room and a kitchen area in each townhouse. 
  • Townhouses are only available to upperclassmen.
A resident assistant (RA) is assigned to each townhouse but does not live in the townhouse they oversee. In addition to RAs, resident directors (RD) oversee all on-campus housing facilities. RAs and RDs are available to assist at any time and are on duty every night from 8 p.m. to midnight, in staff offices located around campus.
