The Cottages offer three styles of housing:
- Studio, accommodating one student
- One-bedroom, housing one student
- Two-bedroom, housing two students
The UF Cottages are co-ed by cottage and generally occupied by upper-class students. Each cottage includes a washer and dryer, full kitchen and one full bathroom. The studio's share a living room/bedroom within a single space.
A resident assistant (RA) is assigned to each cottage but does not live in the cottage they oversee. In addition to RAs, resident directors (RD) oversee all on-campus housing facilities. RAs and RDs are available to assist at any time and are on duty every night from 8 p.m. to midnight, in staff offices located around campus.
