Overview
Business needs mathematicians... as actuaries, analysts, economists, and modelers. Industries such as manufacturing, banking, technology, market research, and health-care rely on individuals with math skills to support research and development as well as day-to-day operations. Math students at the University of Findlay have input into which unique classes are offered each year and have several undergraduate research opportunities.
As a student working toward a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics you’ll experience an interactive approach to learning and an opportunity to be an active member of the Euler Math Club. Love the idea of teaching? At Findlay, we make it easy to double major in math and education. You can graduate in four years ready to teach!
Six emphasis areas for students to choose from such as: Data Science, Actuarial Science, Pure Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, and Engineering Science.
