American Mathematics Competition

Pizza and beverages will be offered from 5:30-6:30   

The AMC 10 and AMC 12 are multiple choice examinations in mathematics contain​ing problems which can be understood and solved with algebra and geometry concepts (AMC 10) or pre-calculus concepts (AMC 12).  They each consist of 25 multiple choice questions and are 75 minutes long. 

Students in grades nine and 10 are welcome to take the AMC 10.
Students in grades 11 and 12 are welcome to take the AMC 12. 

Any students who ranks in the top 2.5 percent (nationally) of AMC 10 and top five percent (nationally) of AMC 12 qualify to participate in the American Invitational Mathematics Exam.
