Important dates for 2017-18

Graduate Assistantship (GA) Process:   

• February 10, 2017:  Last day for faculty/staff/program to submit a request for a graduate assistantship position.  
• March 6, 2017:  Approval/denials completed and notifications sent to faculty/staff/programs.  
• March 15, 2017: Approved positions to be posted for students to apply.  
• April 7, 2017:  Last day for students to submit applications. Applications forwarded to GA/TA/RA supervisors for selection of students to fill the positions.  
• May 5, 2017:  Academic Affairs notified by GA/TA/RA supervisors of students selected for available positions.  
• May 8, 2017:  Students informed of GA award via official letter; final paperwork.
