Eligibility is determined through an interview.
Any documentation, such as records of a disability or records of a history of accommodations from another school or from work, will be reviewed. Once the interview and/or the appropriate paperwork has been approved, the need for accommodations will be assessed by the Office of Accessibility Staff.

Test-taking accommodations
The following are not accommodations, but available to all students to support their academic success in the Academic Support Center:
- Group Tutoring and Drop-in Tutoring hours
- Study skills consultation
- Test taking skills consultation
- Writing Center services are provided in the College of Business and Student Life Building
