Proposals for Programs Abroad or Presenter Honorariums
Programs Abroad
The
proposal for faculty/staff-sponsored programs abroad has been created to support the development of new overseas programs.
All faculty hoping to lead overseas programs must submit a Proposal for Faculty/Staff-Sponsored Programs Abroad form to the Chair of the International Travel and Education Committee (ITEC). Proposals are then
reviewed and approved by the International Travel and Education
Committee (ITEC) of the Faculty Senate.
Presenter Honorariums
The proposal for faculty/staff-sponsored programs to bring to campus (virtually or in-person) guest speakers/presenters/facilitators who provide an international perspective
on a curriculum topic has been created to support the internationalizationization of learning at UF. Faculty wishing to invite guests into their classroom for this purpose must submit a proposal to the Chair of the International Travel and Education Committee (ITEC). Proposals will be reviewed and approved by the International Travel and
Education Committee (ITEC) of the Faculty Senate to request supportive funding.
Travel Abroad Information Form
(mandatory for all UF related international travel)
All members of the campus community must complete and submit a Travel Abroad Information Form prior to UF related international travel. A new form must be submitted for each incidence of travel.
