​When does the Resident Dining plan week start and end? 

The dining weeks starts 12:00 a.m. Monday and ends at 11:59 p.m. Sunday. Weekly dining plan meals do not rollover to the following week.

What is a Pal Pass?

Pal Passes can be used by Resident Dining Plan customers for guest to dine in Henderson Dining Hall. Pal Passes come with each Resident Dining Plan. Any remaining balance at the end of the semester does not rollover.

What are Derrick Dollars?

Derrick Dollars can be used in place of cash at any participating dining location. Derrick Dollars included in the meal plan expire at the end of the semester. Additional Derrick Dollars can be purchased at any time. Additional Derrick Dollars and Derrick Dollars included in the Orange and Black Plan will rollover with a valid UF ID or until the balance is $0. ​


How do I keep track of my dining account?

Visit eaccounts.findlay.edu to check meal plan status as well as your Derrick Dollar balance. 

How do I find out what the menu is for the day?

Download the Bite app. Go to the app store and search "Bite by Sodexo." The Bite app not only gives you the menu items for the day but also nutritional information as well.

When can I sign up for the Universal Dining Plan?

Sign up is easy! There are no deadlines to sign up. Call (419)-434-4542 or stop by the Dining Services Office located in Henderson Dining Hall.

Where can I use the Universal meals?

The Universal meals may be used in Henderson Dining Hall, an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant, and Henderson Dining Hall's Simply to Go.

How long do I have to use the Universal meals and Derrick Dollars?

Use your plan all year long, anytime, at any participating restaurant. Universal meals and Derrick Dollars rollover from semester to semester, year to year, as long as you have an active University of Findlay I.D or until the balance is zero. ​
