The Marketplace is an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant with various stations consisting of the soup and salad bar, hometown comfort foods, grill, pizza, the deli case, Simple Servings, breakfast bar, desserts and beverages. It is a unique departure from the typical college food. This is an integrated food program that features advanced food technology, new recipe development and high tech equipment.

The dining room will be closed for service between 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. for cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting high traffic areas.
Simple Servings is a dedicated station within our Marketplace that offers fresh, flavorful meals prepared without the most common allergens, which account for 90% of all food allergy reactions. Dishes at Simple Servings are prepared without milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts and tree nuts. The program also omits gluten, which students may need to avoid due to celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
Simply to Go is an on-trend, high quality grab-and-go stop where students can exchange a swipe from their meal plan for a hot or cold to-go meal. It is the end of the brown bag lunch that gives the customer flexibility, control, variety and portability.
Entrees include a core menu that consists of sandwiches, wraps, subs, salads and microwavable entrees such as baked ziti, chili, stuffed baked potato, broccoli, Alfredo and macaroni, and cheese to name a few. There will be a variety of trendy limited time entrée offerings as well.
Sides consist of a variety of side salads, chips, and whole fruit. Beverages include Coke products, coffee, hot chocolate, and cappuccino. Finish your meal with a treat such as cookies or brownies.
