The Marketplace is an all-you-care-to-eat restaurant with various stations consisting of the soup and salad bar, hometown comfort foods, grill, pizza, the deli case, flash in the pan, breakfast bar, desserts and beverages.

It is a unique departure from the typical college food. This is an integrated food program that features advanced food technology, new recipe development and high tech equipment.

Simply to Go is an on-trend, high quality “Grab-and-Go” stop where a meal plan can exchange to go for a meal from their meal plan. It is the end of the brown bag lunch that gives the customer flexibility, control, variety and portability.

Entrees include a core menu that consists of sandwiches, wraps, subs, salads and microwavable entrees such as baked ziti, chili, stuffed baked potato, broccoli, Alfredo and macaroni, and cheese to name a few. There will be a variety of trendy limited time entrée offerings as well.
Sides consist of a variety of side salads, chips, and whole fruit. Beverages include Coke products, coffee, hot chocolate, and cappuccino. Finish your meal with a treat such as cookies or brownies.
