Dear UF Faculty and Staff,
UF is excited to announce that we are partnering with Amazon Business in order to simplify the purchasing process and allow you to take advantage of the wide selection and competitive prices on the Amazon Business marketplace. Amazon Business will be added to Workday starting Monday, August 6, 2018.
If you place orders on behalf of UF through Amazon, these orders must do so via an Amazon Business account through Workday. You will need to create a UF Amazon Account. Please follow the below instructions to access our centralized Business account.
We have included a link to Frequently Asked Questions along with information on helping you register your account. If your @findlay.edu email is currently being used for an Amazon Account, you will have two options;
Merge your Order History with the UF’s Amazon Business Account
Split your Order History to a personal email
If you place orders on behalf of UF through Amazon, we asking any Amazon.com account associated with a @findlay.edu email be updated to a personal email. The steps to updating your email are:
Log into your Amazon.com account
Move the mouse over the ‘Hello, <NAME> Accounts & Lists. Select ‘Your Account’
Select ‘Login & security’ (NOTE: You will be prompted for your password)
Edit your email to a personal email account (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook)
Starting Monday, August 6, 2018, you will be able to create a requisition to Amazon directly from Workday (via PunchOut). Additionally, as part of UF’s Business account, you will have complimentary access to Unlimited FREE Two-Day shipping on eligible Prime items (learn more) and the following categories as part of the UF and US Communities partnership.
