We've had many questions about the difference between Procurement and Expense Reporting, so here's a description that may help lessen the confusion: If you have a UF Credit Card or need reimbursed from UF for using Personal Funds, that’s considered Expense Reporting. If you ask UF to cut a check to any Supplier/Vendor for any purpose (Suppliers, Conference, Membership) or have a need for PO’s, then that’s Procurement.
