Hello supervisors of summer student workers,
Most likely you have received email notifications regarding Workday training. Workday will also impact our UF student employee population; they will need to become familiar with Workday functions, including but not limited to time, attendance, and pay.
We have set up training dates specifically for summer student workers. See the list below:
June 12: 1:30-3 p.m. in Old Main 309
June 14: 9-10:30 a.m. in Old Main 309
June 15: 8:30-10 a.m. in College of Business/Student Life Building 238
June 20: 8:30-10 a.m. in Old Main 309
Please encourage your students to attend one of these sessions, as they will need to know how to log in and navigate the Workday site. Also, please remind your student workers to keep the following items in mind for trainings:
They don’t need to bring a computer to the training. All trainings are held in a computer lab.
They should bring their phone to download the MFA app.
For Apple users (iPad, iPhone, etc.), make sure they know their Apple ID and password.
