Hello UF Campus,
It’s already been one week since our official campus celebration kick-off of the UniFire project. As many of you know, UniFire is our new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. The goal of the new software is to replace antiquated systems and business processes with modern, user-friendly, efficient, student-centered systems based in best practices.
Over the next several years, most everyone at the University will be affected by these exciting changes! For now, the concentration is on Human Capital Management and Financial Management, meaning there will be changes in our human resource and payroll processes. Representatives from many offices are working hard behind the scenes to ensure we are keeping people “‘in the loop” and “on schedule” with the project.
For those of you who were unable to attend last Friday’s celebration, we are including a few pictures and a link to our official UniFire website (unifire.findlay.edu). You will find pertinent materials and (on-going) information related to the project. More information will be released there as the project develops. It is our goal to keep you well informed of our progress!
