Workday First Pay

7/12/2018

Hello UF!

The first ‘Workday pay’ is tomorrow, Friday, July 13!

We have a few updates:

BI-WEEKLY PAY
As a reminder for those who have been paid semi-monthly (the 15th and 30th of each month). please remember the switch to the consolidated BI-WEEKLY pay (every 2 weeks).  As a result of the change, your remaining salary for 2018 will be paid over 13 pays instead of 12. This will cause your individual pay amounts to be less; however, you will receive one extra pay, resulting in a total of 25 pays for 2018. The July 13, 2018 pay is the first pay that reflects that change.*

If you have normally been paid bi-weekly, your pay will not change.

You can view this pay stub (and all future pay stubs) in Workday’s “Pay” worklet under “View —> Payslips”. The pay slips will be available one day before each pay date, meaning you are able to view your first payslip today, Thursday, July 12.

NOTE: All previous UF pay stubs will continue to be housed and available on MyFindlay under “Employee Info —> Paystubs —> Employee Paystub”.

VACATION AND SICK ACCRUAL
You will not see these accruals until the 1st pay of August (August 13, 2018).

OILER WELL CREDIT
There is a small group of employees who may not have received their OilerWell credit in this pay.  This will be adjusted (added) to your next pay.

DEDUCTIONS
You will see that all your deductions are now spread out per pay, compared to previous pay checks.
