Workday One Stop Shop During "Go-Live"​

​​Workday is a reality!  Our “go-live” for the Human Capital Management (HCM) portion of Workday is scheduled for Sunday, June 24th, meaning you will now see all your time/attendance, payroll, benefits, and compensation (and more HR items!) in Workday.  These are items you’ve seen in the Workday Essentials 100 and 101 training sessions.


In addition to the on-going training offered, we want to ensure that assistance is available for you during our immediate post go-live week.​​


During the week of June 25th, the go-live week for Workday, Information Technology Services will be set up in the Shafer Library Learning Commons to help you with everything Workday. If you are not set up with Multi-Factor Authentication yet, we can help you with that. Bring your mobile device with you so you can download the MFA app, and know your Apple ID and password if you are using an iPhone or iPad. We will also have training going on all week in addition to having the One Stop Shop open in the Learning Commons.

ITS will be available starting at 8 a.m. every day that week in case you have an issue while trying to clock in for work. There is some leniency if you encounter an issue clocking in, and the punch can be corrected.


These types of changes in practices and processes can certainly be challenging and anxiety producing…for all of us! We will certainly offer as much support as possible to help make the transition to Workday HCM seamless and pain-free.   Thank you in advance for your patience and tolerance as we enter the Workday World. ​
