Workday “go-live” is scheduled for Sunday, June 24th, for Human Capital Management (HCM). This is a reminder that you will now see and enter all your time/attendance, payroll, benefits and more in Workday.
If you need a refresher from any of the Workday Essentials training (100 and 101), as well as setting up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), please refer to the Workday Resources found here: https://www.findlay.edu/unifire/WorkdayTrainingVideos

To re-familiarize yourself with what Workday will look like when you log in the first time, use MFA to log in to this training website: wdtraining.findlay.edu.
Please keep in mind that the data at this website may be incomplete/inaccurate/missing data. It is for training purposes only (like a sandbox) and not updated on a regular basis.
As a reminder, there will be Workday HCM assistance next week in Shafer Library.
Workday One Stop Shop
Dates: June 25-29
Times: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Shafer Library Learning Commons
During the week of June 25th, the go-live week for Workday HCM, Information Technology Services will be set up in the Shafer Library Learning Commons to help you with everything Workday. If you are not set up with Multi-Factor Authentication yet, we can help you with that. Bring your mobile device with you so you can download the MFA app, and know your Apple ID and password if you are using an iPhone or iPad. We will also have training going on all week in addition to having the One Stop Shop open in the Learning Commons.
