The Workday Student Advisory Group Kick-off was last week. In this meeting, the group learned more about their roles and about the types of feedback we need throughout the implementation of Workday Student. In addition, representatives from faculty, staff, and students will be attending a Stakeholder Workshop at the end of December to identify all stakeholder groups based on functional areas and to develop a communication plan.

Project Spotlight
Meet the Change Management Team!
Emily Walling - Emily is the Change Management Lead for the Workday Student project. Emily began working at UF in 2016 as an Academic Technologist before joining the Workday team. She also graduated from UF in 2019 with a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Writing. Her new office is located in Suite 206 of Old Main.
Beth Stewart - Beth has been at the University since 1996. She's worked in various offices and departments across campus, including her current roles in ITS as Workday Student Communication Lead and Program Manager in the Center for Teaching Excellence. Her office is located in Shafer Library. Beth has both her undergraduate and MAE from Findlay and has previously taught Social Science courses.
Michelle Metcalf - Michelle is the Training Lead and also the Users Acceptance Testing/Training & Quality Assurance Lead for the Workday Student Project. She started working at UF in 2015 as the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Vice President of Enrollment Management and continues to work in that role. Michelle is an alumna of the University, graduating in 2019 with a Master of Business Administration. Her office is in WTS 155.
Elena Rae Schultz - Elena is a member of the Collaborative Solutions Organizational Change and Training team, with over 20 years of project and change management experience supporting the people side of change. Elena has directed the identification of risks and barriers to change and collaborates with clients to develop innovative approaches to address the unique needs of each institution. Elena is excited to bring a creative approach to engage and empower UF stakeholders in their transformational journey in Workday Student.
Did You Know?
There is a Workday Resources Worklet where manuals, guides, and help videos are stored for HCM, FIN, and eventually Workday Student. You can access this worklet by logging into Workday and clicking on the Workday Resources Worklet in the top left corner of the Applications. The demo video from the Workday Student Kick-off is housed in the worklet and expires on November 23rd.
