Educational Data in Workday

2/19/2019

Faculty and staff educational data was loaded into Workday on Monday, February 18. What does that mean for you?

The educational data information will be used for the FacStaff directory, and we want you to make sure your educational credentials are reflected correctly. Faculty educational credential information was provided from and has been reviewed by the Office of Academic Affairs. Staff education credentials used to load into production were pulled from our Jenzabar CX database on 10/10/2018. There is a chance your education data may be inaccurate. If you entered your own credentials in Workday after that date, or if you were hired through Workday after that date, you may see duplicated and/or missing degrees.

You can check your credentials by logging into Workday and clicking on 1) the ‘Personal Information’ worklet, 2) ‘About Me’, and 3) ‘Career’.
