Workday Wednesday, December 11

Current and Upcoming Events

Faculty and staff representatives will be attending a Stakeholder Workshop at the end of December. One of the goals is to identify the diverse stakeholder groups that will be impacted by Workday Student. The stakeholder analysis will inform communications, readiness, and training strategies. The team will discuss ways UF plans to assess attributes such as influence, sentiment, and engagement through the stages of implementation. A stakeholder workshop will be held for students in the spring semester.

You've Asked. We're Here to Answer.

Q: Could you please provide campus with the first draft of the Academic Calendar presentation?

A: Moving to Workday will require us to clearly define multiple academic calendars. Each primary program of study needs to be associated with one calendar. Therefore, we are in the first phase/draft of multiple academic calendars. We are currently working with programs on getting feedback. You can view the academic calendar drafts by looking at the PDF on the website.
