Last week, a group of about 50 people from Workday, Collaborative Solutions, and University of Findlay worked through activities and objectives toward planning out the Workday Student project timeline and resources. The data collected is for project timing and not decisions. The Discovery Phase begins at the end of October and lasts through the end of November. Discovery consists of UF telling the implementation partners about UF's current processes.

Q: How will payments be made? Will there be a cashiering system built into Workday, or will we continue to use CashNet?
A: The University is keeping CashNet as the cashiering system for all monies received (such as student accounts, general ledger, etc.).

Meet Brandon Heidepriem, the Workday Student Project Manager!
Brandon has worked at UF since 2013, and he was the Web and Client Services Director prior to joining the Workday team. He was part of the Workday team for the HCM and FIN implementation. Brandon worked as a software consultant on ERPs before coming to the University.
