Below are important dates from the Business Office for the Academic Year for undergraduate students.

  • June 30: Deadline to submit application and fee to participate in the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • July 1: Payment #1 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • August 1: 
    • Payment #1 due for students on the fall semester UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #2 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • August 12: 
    • Fall payment due in full if paying by semester
    • Deadline to submit Authorization to Retain Credit form (optional)
  • August 15: Final registration session for new students. Click here to register.
  • August 16-18: New Student Orientation. Click here for more information and to sign up.
  • August 19: Classes begin for standard semester session
  • September 1: 
    • Payment #2 due for students on the Fall Semester UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #3 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • October 1:
    • Payment #3 due for students on the UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #4 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
    • Sign Financial Responsibility statement for the spring semester
  • Take the necessary steps to secure your financial aid for the next school year.
  • File FAFSA for 2020-2021 Academic Year, using 2018 tax returns
  • Mid-October: After you register for spring semester classes you can review your online bill in MyFindlay
  • November 1: 
    • Payment #4 due for students on the Fall Semester UF Payment Agreement Plan 
    • Payment #5 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • December 1: 
    • Payment #6 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • December 24-January 1:
    • Business Office is closed except for morning hours on Dec 26, 27 and 30.
  • January 1: 
    • Spring payment due in full if paying by semester
    • Deadline to submit Authorization to Retain Credit form (optional)
    • Payment #1 due for students on the Spring Semester UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #7 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • January 6: Classes begin for standard semester session
  • January 31: 1098T forms are available in MyFindlay
  • February 1:
    • Payment #2 due for students on the Spring Semester UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #8 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
  • March 1: 
    • Payment #3 due for students on the UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #9 withdrawn for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
    • Sign your Financial Responsibility Statement for the summer and fall semesters
  • Mid-March: After you register for summer and fall semester classes you can:
    •  Grant your guardian access to your academic and/or financial information (optional)
    •  Sign up for fall housing and meal plan
    •  Review your online bill in MyFindlay
  • April 1:
    • Payment #4 due for students on the Spring Semester UF Payment Agreement Plan
    • Payment #10 withdrawal for students on the Ten-Month Payment Plan
